This is about right. You need to get I think above 6k+ to be able to get the dependent visa. Apartment cost is around 2k (entire apartment. Else renting rooms will be somewhere around 1k)

Your pay will mostly depend on how you fare well in the interviews as well as the company you apply for. SSE I would say can be anywhere from 5k-8k (maybe even more, i'm not sure) depending on where you apply and your skillset.
The most important factor nowadays is getting the employment pass. SG govt has tightened the regulations around this a bit after covid to prevent local unemployment so you need to go for a decent company with a good salary to get this approved (or some startups will also be able to get this approved). They have a min salary req to get EP (4500 SGD) but they expect this number to be higher the more working experience you have. They would also consider the university you got your degree from here, because some applicants have fucked this up for everyone by using fake degrees. So if you have a degree from an Indian university for example, they will ask for additional proof. You should target for 6000+ if you plan to go abroad with a dependant i.e. wife.
Work life balance will depend entirely on the company. There are some local/ Chinese run companies with messed up work cultures, but also MNC with good balance.
Expenses also depend on how you want to live your life. For housing, if you rent out a govt based HDB flat, this could be 1000-2000 SGD. Condo would be 2000+. If you eat at hawker centres, a single meal will cost you less than 10SGD. Can be even as low as 5.
Quality of life is extremely good. Public transportation and other infrastructure (i.e. internet) is top notch. You will not feel isolated here because its a multi cultural country.
