One time I purchased a PureIt water purifier (not sure whether they are selling those anymore) from them and it was defective. When I informed them they were not corporate and asked me to return the item at my cost, blah blah.

Not learning the lesson, I ordered a Air Cooler after sometime, same story but after shouting a bit they came to my home and replaced it.

I suggest u go to the nearest branch, check the product by urself and buy.

Btw, they generally deliver within 1, 1.5 weeks.

yeah last year i ordered a yamaha recorder from them. There was a delay of like 3 weeks had to call them several times. But it was before the management changed. Dammika perara said after the acquisition that he is going to focus on improving the online side of the thing.. that's why wanted to know whether there has been any improvement.
