Sinhala vs Tamil ?????????????

Guys

i just saw two threads about tamils getting director jobs

we all know that tamils get the jobs because they have education not because they are tamil

here in the UK many, many people live(tamil, sinhala, jews, muslims, hindu & so much more...........................................................)

as a person born in a 92% "sudu" country

i know problems come up if different people don't talk, engage each other

i know tamils(Sri lankan & Indian) & so may other different people

what language do we speak ?
