acnes එක ගන්නේ acne හදන bacteria නැති කරන්න. Testosterone peak නිසා sebum production එක වැඩියි.
තව විටමින් ගොඩක් තියෙන නිසා හොදයි මූනට.

setaphil gentle cleanser එක ගන්නේ, tretinoin වලින් skin barrier එක already damage වෙලා තියෙද්දි, hard cleanser එකක් යූස් කරොත් මූන හම යන නිසා. කලින් salicylic acid තියෙන එකක් ගාලා හම ගියා.
