no country can provide unlimited broadband without having some sort of usage control.. fup or what ever they call it.. it has to be there in order to maintain the speed and stability... SLT was too generous to us so they allowed everyone to download what ever they want.and now some fellas want to download stuff 24/7, mostly games n other pirated stuff that are not suppose to be downloaded on that way... SLT should have implemented a proper usage control system instead of introducing limited package.. now the uncontrolled flat rate package will have a very low download speed like 5kbps if it remain uncontrolled. Unlimited dialup
