4 Mbps feels a bit low but yeah I don't understand why people are too obsessed with speeds. For one person 10-20 Mbps is more than enough. Even 4K streaming can be done.

A high quality 4. Mbts per second line is more than enough for a guy to have his own fun with torrents and 4K streaming. Once you reach a certain level of speed, there is not much of a difference. For example, if you download 350 GB of data with a 4 MB per second line, if the line is of high quality, you could do it with about 6 hours. That means you can put the download in the night and get it by the morning when you compare the price. I think it's the best deal for me.
