Yeah. This is obviously bullshit as they cant have data caps on Adls lines and sell PEO TV as well since the TV streaming will fill up the data cap.

peotv & dsl use two seperate links,I'm using peotv & get 3+mb in bandwidth,but for dsl i use the 512home package,so you can put data caps
