yeah, I have my personal experience, I can say that more than 50% have failed. Its just to fill out a method to print array elements in reverse order. Its not on the question paper, but in the interview.

Same degree Sinhala medium ( Peradeniya uni ) - 25000 @ E- channeling pvt ltd ( one of ma friend w'king there )..

Normally the starting salary is same for all people regardless of the University/Institute in all the leading IT companies. But in small/recently started companies you can ask for better salaries that suits to your qualifications. But before choosing a company think about the increments they give,and not merely on the starting salary. If you are good, you can achieve more in few years time even though you got fairly low starting. .. In IT field what matters is your capability.. In SL Starting is between 30-80 in the leading companies.

and of course, you have to check the job security as well. In some leading companies job security is minimal.

The hardworker can earn more than 85K in one month (because 18%-25% continusly pay every month till we r in there company)
