ummm as for my knowladage the leading gov. universities for tech field for now are moratuwa , colombo , pera and uwa . and non of these teach SE as specialized degree. so does lot of other world leading uni. you can do it as Masters in some universities but as i told you before... i dont know where you found the argument of "CS piliganne na only SE witharaii " coz as you mensioned earlier the program start this year and to this date most of the engs are did , CS or CSE

i graduated from APIIT, left IIT because of there poor education qualities and lecturers. I just didn't want to harm the place that i learnt the hello world. Now the moron got his satisfaction and clear you own doubts by staying for couple of months.

This is pretty stupid argument . Tell me which leading government university teach Bachelor of software engineering degree as its main course. Man as i told you its specialization degree which introduce lately. but mostly the CS have the paths and subjects to chose according to your favorites and for my knowledge CS is the highest standard degree in computer field in anywhere in the world
