I have been working in the industry for more than 6 years now in various companies in various positions. I have even switched technologies in my career life and switched companies for lesser salaries sometimes.
Do not love the salary, Do not love the company. Love the profession.

Now I am a CTO, A consultant and a tech lead in 3 companies at the same time.
(Try to become a guy where people cannot live without)

Add as many items as you can to the belt and then you will have a tool for everything.
That's what I have done. I had hard times in financially but now I am in a good position.

I think you heard that this times starting offers for Moratuwa Engineering grads is 150K + Joining Bonus...

Any company is dying to recruit grad from moratuwa, but little companies cant even compete because of these higher offers...

what a bullshit is this? ten years ago, I saw UOM CSE graduates got more than 30k+, I knew one of my friend got 90k as starting salary. I am out of country now and I do not know the current situation. I never believe such a low salary.
