Sri Lanka should make voting online!For passport they take our finger prints !

Sri Lanka should make voting online. For mobile phones have finger print scanner. For Passport they take our finger prints. Why can't election official make an application for android and apple. So those who are abroad can vote. No need to keep so many booths. Only few people who are unable to use finger prints , they can take retina scan. The election cost will come down. From Billions of rupees to millions. They would not need that much police protection and law enforcement.
