Sri Lanka should relax Forex exports when imports via western union is alllowd

Sri Lanka should allow Forex exports . It will destroy the economy in long term. Sri Lanka is not in War. So Forex reserves is high as 7 billion dollars. People find it very very hard to send money abroad . Where as getting money from abroad is easier. You will not see so many people caught in the airport with millions. It should allow importers easy access to money. We should follow developed world policy. It is pathetic to see this. Most of people are going to hawala system for Forex exports where drug money and black money are exported. If it is relaxed it will make hawala system come down.
