Even I do agree with you all, A Pakistani Frnd of mine told me that, due to the threats, they've assigned 1 officer and 3 normal police personal to be on every roof top, from the hotel to the Cricket Ground, but they were not there at the time of the attack, So the within the gouvernment and the local authorities there are some problems going on in pakistan.
