STL ADSL package change help

Hi,
I have the ADSL Entree package which i have only used for about 10 months. I have not even got the first bill since the connection is new.

Has anyone here upgraded from Entree to home express? Did it cause any slowdowns or other issues after upgrade?

You didnt get your bill for 10 months.???? thats strange....

Upgrading is simple... Just give a letter to SLT.. Speed is normal. No change...

Thanks for the help. Actually its only 01 month. 10 was a typo
How long does it take to complete the upgrade? Do rentals get screwed if done in middle of bulling cycle?

Normally they take around 3-4 days. Once u updated ur user name will change.

They will divide the rental with the remaining days of the month and add to your bill..

Do they tell when update is done and the new username? if not do we have to contact them?

they'll give the new pass and username when u give the letter..
but the connection is done after sometime..most probably a day after...

They do not change the password....

Once the upgrade is activated you will be able to connect using the old user name... so at that time change to the new one and connect again.. Simple plan...

Yes you can change your account to Home but they will charge Rs 500 for that and your username will be changed to [email protected]
