    ඇඟ එනවා මදි වගේ නම් හෝමෝන ගත්තොත්ට අවුලක් වෙයිද

    Really in SL? It must have been so expensive then? what was the size of the bottle or bag you bought?

    yeah in SL.hmm it was around 2500/= for 450g which was enough to last a month or two.It had around 10g of amino acids.wonder if that what made the difference..

    do you have a website or webpage? you said "we" so iam guessing you have something going.

    No constipation so far.. iam drinking a lot of water. caz m taking hydroxycut also. caz my main aim is to lose fat. i was fat :P around 85 kg and i reduced it upto 69kg within 3.5 months a couple of years ago. when i was crazy about working out. went twice a day to the gym :rofl::rofl: and then had a disk bulge and didnt workout for like a year and now my weight has increased to 90kg.. reduced it to 87 now. just taking whey to maintain muscle mass. otherwise m gonna be reallyy weak.

    was that the first supplement you used? & for how long you used it? & you used it daily?

    Yap my first supplement.Used it for like 10 months 3-4 tubs.Really transformed my body.After that I couldn't continue bodybuilding due to work.

    around 17g protein.80% whey concentrate.3%carbs.rest is soy protein.9g of amino acids.10g of bcaa like that.

    yap used daily.

    It's more like a start-up which is still on a research level & have not invested in any of those, we as in me & my silent partner are accumulating dedicated clients who will get the benefit of the program for what they pay & who will help us to make us with word of mouth marketing to grow our business :)

    I don not recommend fat burners until you get to the last stage of cutting off your body fat, good aerobic exercises + weight training , clean diet & 8hours of sleep can give you healthy results :)

    i do a lot of cardio. caz of my back i cant really do many abdominal exercises and most of the weight lifting. but trying to go forward nevertheless. slow and steady... :yes:

    may be because it was your first product & you had more free time then than now? you ate more then than now? you slept well more then than now?

    we can't exactly point out whether it is a problem with the supplement or any other fact, there are so many different fact that we can/should consider before come to a conclusion :)

    for sure. have you done personal fitness trainer course or anything? m guessing you lived abroad before.

    yup did everything possible. even sinhala medicine. but in the end i met a neurosurgeon and what she said was other than doing proper physiotherapy and back strengthening stretches theres nothing much u can do about it. she gave some painkillers as well. i had shooting pains down my legs. now it seems better. so iam not going very heavy or doing back straining exercises at the gym.

    what she said was right, proper physiotherapy and back strengthening stretches will heal you with time :)
