PS5 for COD MWII(MP) & GT (Gran Turismo)
Xbox - AOG, Flight Simulator &Forza
Nintendo - Mario Series / Stardew valley
Oculus Quest 2 - Eleven Table Tennis

Worth buying a 3rd gen PS5 now or should I wait? Already have my PS4 slim

Sorry, I am not sure about the PS5 3rd gen. I never heard about that. The only thing I know is they are about to release this.

So far, they have the PS5 Disk and Digital versions and an upgraded one above (about to be released). I'm using the Disk version with a 2TB WD Black. To be honest, I bought the Disk version because I had PS4 games, but trust me, you're never gonna use the disk because it's so dull. You'll be able to download all the older games for free with the Monthly PS+ Games, and there's only a $10-20 difference between the Disk and Digital versions, so switching games isn't as dull as the digital one.
