Brain drain, the outflow of highly skilled personnel, has increased at an alarming rate in Sri Lanka and is largely evident among the engineering community.

Since we believe it's a timely issue that needs attention, we chose to conduct a research on Brian drain in partial fulfillment of our MBA.

Please support us by participating in a web based survey. Your participation is highly appreciated and the information you provide will be kept completely confidential. All you'll need to do is fill in an anonymous online questionnaire using the following link.

Our target research group consists of engineers who have graduated from the 3 main engineering faculties in the country.

· University of Peradeniya- Engineering Faculty

· University of Ruhuna- Engineering Faculty

Please be kind enough to forward the link to your friends and colleagues who have graduated from the above mentioned universities.

This is not a successful research.
1. Anyone can pretend they are from an Engineering Faculty
2. The questions are confusing as it mixed with questions for (a) those who live in SL (b) those who already left SL.
