We've been using one since 2012.. no issue what so ever. Common rail is the new standard of diesel engines. Even most of the heavy vehicles are equipped with common rail engines due to their efficiency. If reliability is you concern, I don't think you have anything to worry about. But make sure owner has property taken care of the vehicle. Mainly regular servicing and using only super diesel. Because common rail engines are prone to sulphur deposits from low grade diesel. If that happens costly engines cleaning is required

මටනම් හොද comfortable ...high way එකේ මාතර ඉදන් පානදුරේට අවා ...140 < ස්පීඩ් එකේ...දැනුනෙවත් නැ....(වාහනේ හොදට බර නිසා stable )

හැබැයි මම ikman එකේ 2013 ඉදන් diesel විතරයි දැක්කේ....පරණ version වල diesel නැද්ද දන්නේ නැ...හොයල බලන්න....

never heard of a aerodynamic issue with montero sports. Is it really true?

older version is not worth the asking prices machn. Even interior seems very old fashioned

I'm pretty sure you haven't driven anything on the highway. Not just a Montero sport 100kmph is nothing on our highways even for a crew cab

Agreed, I had this vehicle for 6 years never had any issues. Fortuner on the other hand is busy at the rear in rugged surfaces comparatively( tested both before purchasing). This is not “pajero comfortable”, but as a pick up based mid size suv, it’s fair and subtle enough. Had to do high way cruising a lot, it performed very well. Even a Suzuki Alto can do 120 koh easily and thinks this can’t is a big joke. Can vouch for this because I had this. Kia Sorento is a good option I think. Never used one though. Kia is getting better and better, even in Europe it’s getting more popular. Hyundai santafe had lots of issues and I think new one is better than its predecessor( not a good vehicle I guess).dont go vezel ( it’s not even a SUV ) or x trail.

yep, i have been in a montero sport several times and there isn't any serious complaints in comfort wise.
