It does not work like that, you need to have a clause in the agreement saying original company parts and agent maintenance is allowed. Providers like Ceylinco has this but some cheep companies does not cover direct agent purchase or maintenance. Check with Insurance machan, make sure they will cover before you order...

I have Ceylinco so no idea how other insurers work, from my experience they allow the customer to buy the part wherever they want to as long as it's not available for a cheaper price at the designated agent for the brand. In my case as the quotation was from the agent itself no further questions were asked, a representative from Ceylinco visited the agent and approved the quotation there
