ther is no suc thing...you cant go beyond the pinnacle of the temple...as ex you can build in lower areas, such as in railway station area, where the ground is lower than the temple. keep in mind, temple is in a very high elevation. got it?

thn i guess kandy city need a makeover............

As a Kandyan for me only the Parking area is convinient for me apart from the Kandy side parking. 1 hour only Rs 11.50. 2 hours Rs 23 so that's what i am thankfull for. not like the Abans robbers around the streets where they cut your neck by Rs 23 just for parking for 5 mins.
