If u want to get the task manager. use gpedit or regedit. type in run box, gpedit.msc . go to administrative templates-> system->ctrl+alt+del options. And disable the task manager. Apply. Then enable again. Apply. It'll be appeared. If there is trouble...go to safe mood. Type in Run box, msconfig->startup options. remove the entries which are mapped to viruses. You can find whether the entry is virus using the internet. Then re boot . then try doing it again. If the folder options are disabled...
Get the Run box type in regedit(you have to click enter also each time)
Then Goto
HKEY-Local machine->Software->Microsoft->Windows->Current version->Explorer->Advanced->Folder->Hidden
Checked value - set 2 for the value.
Go to show all
Checked value has to be 1.
HKEY-Local machine->Software->Microsoft->Windows->Current version->Explorer->Advanced->Folder->Supper Hidden
Unchecked value has to be one.
When you are in safemood always log in as the "Administrator"
If its not shown
Hit ctrl+alt+del twice and you will see the legacy login window.
Type administrator
Type the password
If the registry editing is disabled ...
Use group policy as earlier(gpedit.msc)
Also check the entries in
HKEY-Local machine->Software->Microsoft->Windows->Current version->Policies->Explorer
HKEY-Local machine->Software->Microsoft->Windows->Current version->Policies->System
Remember...If you have a Virus as a .bat or .com they will be enabled when you open the drives.

when you manually remove and delete viruses make sure you disable system restore using system properties
