What has happened to this country? When employees are suspended on dsiciplinary graounds Unions are agitating. According to Labour Law after suspension there should be an inquiry which can be defended by the suspended member of the Union and if termination takes place it can be challanged in the Labour Tribunal. What else? In my opinion the strikers agitating when desciplinary matter is around the corner should also be suspended.
