I don;t think any vaccine will have an impact. But the disease itself does. Serious infections can cause male infertility. We all know that mumps (also Zika & SARS) affects and nearly 20% gets affected with impaired sperm production.
Worry about the disease, not the vaccine.
Pfizer, Moderna, Sputnik & AZ has been tested and cleared.
