I wonder why those Corning Gorilla glasses aren't used for making glass bottles. Thin, durable glasses can easily replace the need for plastics, can't they?
Corning produces disposables for lab use, mainly PET, PS, HDPE. Used for tissue cultures, reagents, buffers etc. Out of the box sterile.

I am not sure whether anyone makes glasses or bottles out of Gorilla glass. There are other manufacurers too. eg Asahi has Dragontrail glass, several source Sapphire Glass.
There are break resistant (unbreakable) glassware anyway.
