I dnt recomend you to do this (this is a vbullatine secret).Few steps are needed to acess two diffrent accounts at the same time from the same PC by the same person.

all you need is two diffrent browsers
(IE,Firefox)/(IE,Safari),(IE,Netscape) or (IE,Opera)

eg: (open IE) some one is logged as User A---IP 124.43.149.55
(open Firefox) the same person is logged as R--IP 124.43.149.55

*as you can see the IP will be the same

Advantages
You can apper online at the same time as diffrent personalities
connect/disconnect methode will bring better results

Disadvantages
This is slightly observable by any one.
One stupid thing that can be done easily in elakiri
can be easily identified by IP address

actually this is a some what a lack of security in EK. Not a bug in VBulletin.
Most forums check the IP / username and restrict one IP for one username.

You are half right.Actually I checked this one on sevaral vbullatine templates.IP restriction is avaiable.
But lot of IP's arn't Static

A single user with single internet connection wil get only 1 IP per session regardless of the number of user accounts he uses to login.
So the IP restriction will still work.

check the ip resultz

there is a methode call phishing (javascript coded) can be used to do it.
but if caught,It will be not good

Dialog HSDPA runs behind a proxy server.
Dialog Wimax allocates dynamic public IPs.
None of this matters as this still gets caught by the IP restriction if it is enabled.

yes.I have noticed te vbullatine deletes its history after countable log's
so sevaral test samples should be taken
