Thinking of Buying a New PC. A Good Place?

Guys I'm thinking of buying a new PC mainly for gaming purposes.

I read many posts about PC shops being real bad with their customer service, specially places in Unity.

I've heard very good comments about RedLine and thinking of buying my PC from there. But before I buy, what are your experiences with RedLine? Is it really good as they say?
