We were conveyed that the deduction of Rs.22099.28 from our payment was because of the production delay. Reason for the Production Delay is that we are getting the soft copies after some days of receiving the work order. But all the delayed orders were delivered on time by us and the officer of yours have confirmed that. Though it was informed several times not to do *** deduction, deductions were done without any consideration. We have never breached our agreement in any form and we request you to make our payments as soon as possible.
Moreover though it has agreed to make payments within 45 days often its takes months to make the payment. Please consider this also.
