psw (2 year post study work program) will end next year (2011)

tier 4 = student

tier 4 visa is the official name for the uk student visa

tier 4 is based on a points system

so the refusal rates are lower than the old system

non eu students get the right amount of points so the officer in most cases issue the visa

official numbers show an increase of more than 100% of visas granted under tier 4 (student) system
