I don’t know much. But I think the national guard is under Texan state. Also they have Texas rangers and local police. Still none of them can do anything beyond federal jurisdiction. Also none of them can go against the military.

on the other hand US constitution has given the right to bare arms against the government if the course is just enough, if the government itself not upholding the very constitution.

Which means if the texan national government mobilises national guard against the military they themselves are breaching the constitution. Which means it’s highly unlikely that these institutions will go to war with each other anyway

Texas National guard is commanded by Texas Governor currently(as usual), not the president. Border guards are commanded by Federal government(president). If the president wants, he can take over the control of Texas national guard (away from Governor). Texas national guard is preventing border guards the access to certain areas. US supreme court ordered Texas to allow border guards to go into this area (and break open the razor wire fences to allow illegal immigrants to come in to the USA freely)

It is like treason anyway since the whole state is disregarding the decision by US Supreme court.
