USB BOOTABLE and NORMAL

Dear all,
I have a 8 gb Pendrive. already i have installed an iso image and now is is windows bootable device.
i dont have money to buy a new usb. so please advice me to following questions.

1. can i use same usb ( Bootable ) for normal use.

2. can divide one pendrive to 02 partitions for the purpose of keeping bootable img on one partition and other one to normal use.

how ever i have to use bootable usb and normal use on one pendrice.

please advice to poor man.
