I got prob on my laptop it is running windows 7, and usb portable hard disk is not recognizing
if someone knows how to fix plz drop over here

is all the ports same? try to change the cable and see. sometimes it comes both the data and power cable usb connectors. not just one..

first of all thanks for your response, my USB HDD is working properly and there is no bad sectors also, prob is my laptop is not detecting this usb HDD
