Right Click This PC - Select Manage - Select Disk Management - Damage wechcha USB drive eka select karala Right Click - Select Change Drive Letter and Path - Drive ekak assign karala format wenna denna. ( Warning - Hari USB drive eka balala select karala format karanna nattan wrong eka select unot data walata sorry tamai, use at your own risk)

Use Linux or live CD and open Gparted application. If this recognize your USB. using this first try formatting. if it doesn't work. try deleting partition table and creating it. Be careful not to delete other drives.
