Octane Boosters like Liqui Molly only improves Octane number by 0.4 octane numbers. They will advertise it as 4 units. But 10 units is equal to one full octane number. Those companies will never tell you this. New Civics Can run on 92 euro 3 petrol ECU will adjust ( I have used it without boosters ), But it is not recommended in long term.

This is correct... I remember reading that these points are in decimal.

Mostly gimmick... Just like those Vitamin supplements being advertised. Some say it might imorove the performance of turbo-charged engines. In any case how can you make Octane 92 into Octane 95 by adding a bottle of a booster?

Impact ekak awath vehicle values will hover around the same values. Probably yo will see a reduction by say max 5%. Remember that prices in Japan haven't gone down drastically and the Yen has gone up by 100% from what it was 3 years ago. So don't have any high hopes.

MMT is just one of them... There are many other additives that can be used. Also there are high end racing grade boosters that claim to give a boost of 40 points. That's 4 Octane numbers.
I don't say it's impossible... The usual crap on the market only provide an increase in decimal points.

my advice is to postpone your idea for at least 2/3 years. and use a common car in these 2/3 years.

Anyways it’s your money and your choice but if I were you I wouldn’t touch the vehicle market now. Here are my reasons;

- There will be a price correction in June/July

- 95 will get extinct if situation worsens

- Spare parts will become a major issue

- Octane Boosters are waste of money
