I did one day transfer last month (car). Owner must go. Better if you can get an early appointment. I got 8:35am. Numbers will be given in first floor (room no. 40). JP must also be from around your home address. Full payment was about 8,750.00. If all the documents are in order, you can finish the work in 20 minutes. Owner must go after 1pm to collect the book.

For a normal transfer you only need to get one photo certified by a JP. Other documents doesn't need to be certified.

How I get early appointment

You call them and automatic time slot is assigned. Then you enter "different date" option (pressing the number in key pad), Then next number is earlier time. To me first slot was 24th Feb 9:45am, then next slot was 25th Feb 08:35am

For one day service, you need a JP to verify signature and he must be a person around your house. They said it, not know for normal service
