In Sri Lanka, you might not even be able to find one. If you do, they would cost you more than 20000 easily. (Maybe the 6800GT would be cheaper, but probability of finding one is almost 0%)

7600GS would be more than capable of playing UT3. Only thing is that you can't max out on graphics and expect a a 30fps+ performance. (In Unreal, you need much more than 25fps to feel the action)
