in torrents there is a ratio machan, many trackers look in to that too.
So you get good speeds for download if you have good upload record.
They have a ratio like downloads:uploads, need to be around 1:1

and you should open some ports in your router, firewall etc.. to get the maximum speed
Add in the port range 6881-6889

Broadband as to have good speed and non-congestion. Even in streaming thinge here in Sri Lanka needs more buffering speed. So it will take many more years to Boost up things. Waiting for Air-Tel Broadband @ 8mbps. At the moment Air-Tel Cracks while connecting. They are using somebody's umbrella for signalinu I suppose. The Air-Tel Climax down the drain and lots of complains. The customers has still be satisfied. Some are Cursing.

SLT is very busy in collecting money spree for non-payments. Home ADSL package speed should be increased anoter 200% to download Movies becuase Corporate package cannot be tolerated by minimum (low) Salary handlers.
