Can someone please give me good places for pre-shoot locations around colombo?? Free or less expensive places will be fine...

3. Dutch Hospital
4. Race Course
5. Independence Square

All the above places were free before 4 1/2 months time.But i don't know about the present situation.You have to get the approval from relevant authorities.
