Cos even in Sri Lankan war, LTTE tried to give the world a fake image of Sri Lankan government and Sri Lankan using various tricks.

We cant say that one side is better than other by looking at dead bodies and dead civilians.

It is possible to minimize the harm to civilians at a war. But not possible to prevent it. So if you only look at one side, you will get a wrong idea.
