    මචංලා Weight Gainers එකයි Whey Protein එකෙයි තියෙන වෙනස මොකක්ද? මම Weight Gainerඑකක් නම් යූස් කරා (මම ජිම් එකක සෙල්ලම් කරනවා) එකෙන්නම් මට වෙනසක් ලැබුනේ නෑ. මම දැන් Whey Protein එකක් යූස් කරන්න අදහස් කරන් ඉන්නේ.

    Whey protien is a protein supplement that usually is low calorie and mainly used for lean muscle building and for muscle recovery

    Weight gainers have almost the same amount or more protein as a serving of whey protien plus carbohydrates and fat which amounts to alot of calories usually 500+

    So depends on your goal if you want to gain weight you have to take the weight gainer but its expensive compared to a whey protein supplement

    Weight gainers are used when you are bulking.

    Whey protein is used when you are trying to maintain you gains + if you are going for a lean bulk.

    If you are bulking, going through one weight gainer won't help. You may have to go through 1 gainer per month at least for 3 months while getting 5 meals throughout the day.

    Where you stand, it is better if you get help from a personal trainer.
