It depends.. but gadak velavata linux is speed and relivable than windows...

I using command line, edition. Its 200% faster than win GUI (depends on your typing) :D

ubuntu vage GUI thiyana eeva use karanna commands dana gannama oone ne..

use karanakota ibema commands puruduwei (mama igenagaththa vage)


its not a hard target.... purudu unata passe bima avidinava vage vadak.....

    Hi i have been using ubuntu for like a month now and i would like to learn the CLI but all the sites i found on the internet were too confusing can anyone tell me why i should learn bash and what i will get from putting my time and effort in to it. Everyone says that it is fast but being a windows user for a long time i cant see how can some one please explane? and how to learn it which sites should i go to. how long will it take


    I have a looooot of questions can you please help me?

    mm.. CLI is a wide subject.. but it isn't a hard target..

    the problem is most of ubuntu CLI tutes are written to the users who hv basic CLI knowledge.. so try to find Unix Commands.. Its almost same and you will find easy tutorials...

    mm.. teaching CLI with this thread is hard.... so try to find such kind of sites... IF you couldn't find any... let us know.. I'll help you. ...


    glad to see some one who interested in CLI

    no brother id like your post coz i used SENT OS for my e mail server at the office.
    and id like to gain sme knowledge about Linux versions...and one thing i ddnt study about any linux .....but i can recover any error from it.......

    I'm a free open source lover and i love Ubuntu linux...
    Every software that has been made for windows has been made for Ubuntu.... u have to find it....... So count me in........
