What is the best vga to buy in sri lanka?

guys im going to buy a vga today.
I want to know what is the best for buy and good place to buy.
My budget is 19,000/=. I really appreciated your help guys.

1.) Is there any place to buy xfx brand?
3.) How is HIS?

First of All What is Your Power Supply If its a genuine 450W Power Supply then you can get 4850 or GTS250
Go for the 4850 cz GTS 250 is kinda bit expensive and not worth for that price
EGS is selling XFX brand also try slmega as well

Call and Ask EGS cz they have 4850 and GTS 250
but if you collect some more money you can go for 4870 thats a good vga
i bought a XFX 4850 from malaysia for 12k but cant get for that price here so
Also biostar gts 250 is available for 18k but im not sure about thr brand

e-Globe has Asus ATI HD 4850 (512MB) for 19k (maybe other places have it for less). Or you can find a nVidia 9800 GT for slightly less. But when you consider performance HD4850 is better than 9800GT. : Benchmarks

P.S : Both XFX and HIS are known VGA brands (maybe XFX is popular than HIS as a brand name, but that doesn't mean HIS is bad..).

Yes, EVGA is good too, and there are many other reputed VGA brand names out there like MSI, ASUS, BFG, GIGABYTE, PNY, Powercolor, Sapphire etc..
