I guess you can get up to 90% against your FD as a Loan. and I think you can't get 2 units of Wheels since one unit price is 500,000+

How do first two steps earn you any money? Loan rate is higher than fd renting a new threewheel is a nightmare and its not the best thing to do in SL unless you have no other options

Buy 3 Wheel (No need Brand new one , Registered good looking Fine)
Extra Valuate them when take loan against asset.

30000/40000 is low return for 1 mil .I would say 60000 acceptable if its a floating business
