Don't know about the best but I have been using a ASUS A55GA(550W) Power Supply now for over a year now and it's quite good.

There is nothing specific as a good power supply. it depends also. you know when buying some computer hardware you need some luck too. even a higher price power supply also could get burned in a few weeks. in my experience you must give the power supply to breath some air i mean when give some space when it works. don't keep any stuff near to the power supply cos it will get heated. always protect it from small insects. i mean like cockroaches and hunas.
