well it depends on how do u use ur RAMs, if ur in to modarate over clocking, from experiance i know kingston value ram is good, and so as any other cheap ram that have good quality ram chips, and remember most of the ram makers use the same handfull of RAM chips made by few companies namely Samsung,hynix,winbond etc, if you are in to extreme overclocking u will have to use performance ram like Kingston HyperX, the more money u pay the better the RAM will be
