Alright then I'll share one here.
For me: there is no doubt, I left my own family when I was little.

But I didn't know what exactly I was doing. I thought I might miss my home but I was like be that as it may, I gotta find way to keep my shit together one way or the other.

Then again, I realized that a lot has changed in my life and many of them are very positive. So I made the choice to grow up on my own. And that made me feel like I'm finally getting off on the right foot. That's the brightest thing I did in my life.

This became the reason to be very open minded, and eventually I found myself accepting lots of different ideas, and found different ways of doing my shit as opposed to becoming a guy who does his shit in very traditional Sri Lankan ways. (such as getting married and having kids)

It only gets better and better as I witness that more people ain't make the case that they get their shit together, When they're stuck with the ways of doing their shit in traditional frame when I see the answers in different point of views, it only makes more sense and gives the idea about how that the little bit I did in my past, go a long way.

2. Started learning new things every day (this is quite new) and reading (did this since I was like 10).
3. Going for a walk everyday. Easiest exercise a person can do. Good for the general health and it's nice to get some fresh air.
