I can believe that. Some girls think they should be treated as dolls by the boyfriends no matter even if they are being treated as servants at their own homes. But some of them learn how to behave with a boyfriend when they are once dumped. Good for you if you think it was the right choice to split

Worst case is some girls want their boyfriends to do so only because so they can boast with their friends about how their boyfriends are treating them or how much control they have over the boys. Not many belong to that category but I was in an affair with a such girl.
