whay dialog SIM isn't working on iphone 3G?

i recently got an iphone 3G 8GB. it's a firmware 3.0 and jailbroken unlocked one. when i insert my dialog SIM, phone won't detect it. but i tried with a mobitel one, it works. please give me an advise???
