This is call Microsoft Cet: Solution Developer

For this title there is 7 Exams in place.
Before going foreword u have to master a Operating system (win 2000 ,XP , Vista) or what ever MS OS. so when u done that exam u can earn a title called MCP . so after that u can do the rest 6 exams and Earn the title MCSD. also when u done that and support Microsoft Tech center and Beta Testing and Development u can be a MVP (Most Valuble Personal )

It's the Path u should go if u want best in MS

u can find this in Microsoft.com
