Being that Sri Lanka and India are different. Who here has been to India, and what culture shock did you experience?

Meaning, what seemed quite alien to you, that you'd just never see in Sri Lanka?

Also, where in India did you go, that you experienced/felt it?

I don't agree. This fact is true for chennai and similar areas where dirty people live. If you go to Karnataka or Kerala you will feel different.

I have been to India many times.
A nice place.
There are very great places. average places and not so great places.

In our country also slums are not so great...........but the love what ever is Indian........
