not practical.. they will only block the most known sites... others forget about it.. even if they blocked sum..u can still visit them using proxys

yep I think it is not practical at all. And it is not illiagal as long as they are over 18. They tried couple of programs (million dollar projects) to stop kids going to these sites but 13 years crack that easily.

Also if ISP introduce this people will not go with this ISP.

If something should be done to stop it then it should start from Goverment. But they do not have a valid reason to do so. Thats what I think
